    Each of the spacious Fun In Baja Villas features 1-3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed,  A kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher allow for light meal prep during your visit.  Central air-conditioning,  3 private baths with bathtubs, Living Room with a 55″ flat screen TV with Direct TV satellite television, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board are all included in your spacious 8 person villa.

    The Fun In Baja Villas feature 2 decks for your enjoyment on each villa, a large lushly landscaped courtyard with ample comfortable outdoor seating, a splash pad for the lids, waterfall and large BBQ grills for family and group cookouts.

Fun In Baja Villas  Sleep 12 with All the comforts and with the best location—

Just one block from the Baja nightlife and dining, the 12 person rental home villas features 5 bedrooms and three full bathrooms along with a kitchen for lite cooking, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator-freezer, 55 inch TV with Direct TV service, and two observation decks. All four of the bedrooms are furnished with one queen size bed and the fifth bedroom is very large with three queen size beds.

Guests of the Fun In Baja Villas Villas enjoy full access to the with a daily continental breakfast served every day but Saturday, a large heated pool with the islands top-ranked and award-winning Blue Marlin swim up bar & grill, a 40 person Jacuzzi and a well-equipped fitness center. The lushly landscaped courtyard is for all to enjoy and seats over 90 people, The courtyard is equipped with large tables, outdoor couches, and chairs, and guests will enjoy our BBQ grills for a fun-filled cookout. a Splash Pad for the kids and a waterfall with accent lighting enhances the garden like setting.

Unlike most island home rentals,Fun In Baja Villas are fully equipped with linens and towels and are refreshed upon request for the duration of your stay. Parking is available by request but with theFun In Baja Villas location, you won’t need one!

Cancellation / Prepayment

Villa/Condo Reservations:

There is a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received by email. Please reply to your confirmation email to cancel. Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 89-45 days prior to arrival date will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 44 days or less will result in a forfeit of deposit. Once within the 44 days prior to arrival date, no changes can be made to the length of stay, date, or room type. No exceptions will be made. When reservations are made the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be given if canceled or a no-show. This cancellation policy goes into effect as soon as the reservation is made. All weekend reservations, those that include a Friday and/or Saturday stay, will require a $500 security deposit upon arrival. All other reservations will require a $250 security deposit upon arrival.

Children and extra beds

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. There is capacity for cribs in the room however for liability reasons we do not provide them. You are welcome to bring a pack and play or similar.

Activities located on the Put-in-Bay Villas include swimming, golf cart rentals, bicycle rentals, corn hole, and a fitness center.

Fun In Baja offers a very wide variety of activities located throughout the island that are both water and land-based. For those who like to Golf, we have a 9 hole par 3 and 4 course as well as a family fun favorite a putt-putt course located at the Pery's Cave family fun Center.

Jet Ski's Parasailing, Kayaking, and harbor tours are just some of the many waterbased activities and Baja's surrounding waters are famous for their fishing with limit catches of Yellow Perch and Walleye the norm.
