    We offer over 250 spacious well-appointed Baja Hoteland resort rooms, suites, condos, and 3-story 8 and 12 person Villas with 4 and 5 bedrooms and three full bathrooms! Our room types include handicapped facilities, jacuzzis, 1 bedroom suites,  2-bedroom Suites, pool view rooms with balconies, courtyard rooms,  8-person condos, and 3-story luxury villas. Please note: we do assure room type, not location, although we try to accommodate requests for hotel room location where we are able.

Cancellation / Prepayment

Villa/Condo Reservations:

There is a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received by email. Please reply to your confirmation email to cancel. Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 89-45 days prior to arrival date will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 44 days or less will result in a forfeit of deposit. Once within the 44 days prior to arrival date, no changes can be made to the length of stay, date, or room type. No exceptions will be made. When reservations are made the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be given if canceled or a no-show. This cancellation policy goes into effect as soon as the reservation is made. All weekend reservations, those that include a Friday and/or Saturday stay, will require a $500 security deposit upon arrival. All other reservations will require a $250 security deposit upon arrival.

Children and extra beds

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. There is capacity for cribs in the room however for liability reasons we do not provide them. You are welcome to bring a pack and play or similar.
