    Each of the spacious Fun In Baja Villas features 1-3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed,  A kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher allow for light meal prep during your visit.  Central air-conditioning,  3 private baths with bathtubs, Living Room with a 55″ flat screen TV with Direct TV satellite television, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board are all included in your spacious 8 person villa.

    The Fun In Baja Villas feature 2 decks for your enjoyment on each villa, a large lushly landscaped courtyard with ample comfortable outdoor seating, a splash pad for the lids, waterfall and large BBQ grills for family and group cookouts.

Fun In Baja Villa Rental Homes Downtown are the peninsulas most popular group lodging Option—

Rental homes downtown just one block from the dining and nightlife! the 12 person villas feature 5 bedrooms and three full bathrooms along with a kitchen for lite cooking, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator-freezer, 55 inch TV with Direct TV service, and two observation decks. Four of the bedrooms are furnished with one queen size bed and the fifth bedroom is 15 feet by 40 feet and has three queen beds!

Cancellation / Prepayment

Villa/Condo Reservations:

There is a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received by email. Please reply to your confirmation email to cancel. Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 89-45 days prior to arrival date will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 44 days or less will result in a forfeit of deposit. Once within the 44 days prior to arrival date, no changes can be made to the length of stay, date, or room type. No exceptions will be made. When reservations are made the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be given if canceled or a no-show. This cancellation policy goes into effect as soon as the reservation is made. All weekend reservations, those that include a Friday and/or Saturday stay, will require a $500 security deposit upon arrival. All other reservations will require a $250 security deposit upon arrival.

Children and extra beds

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. There is capacity for cribs in the room however for liability reasons we do not provide them. You are welcome to bring a pack and play or similar.

Fun In Baja a very wide variety of activities located throughout the island that are both water and land-based. For those who like to Golf, we have a 9 hole par 3 and 4 course as well as a family fun favorite a putt-putt course located at the Pery's Cave family fun Center.

Jet Ski's Parasailing, Kayaking, and harbor tours are just some of the many waterbased activities and Fun In Bajasurrounding waters are famous for their fishing with limit catches of Yellow Perch and Walleye the norm.
